wunbd Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the wunbd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and wunbd. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the wunbd platform.

These terms apply to all users of wunbd, including registered players, visitors browsing the platform, and anyone who interacts with wunbd's services in any way. Using wunbd on behalf of another person does not exempt you from these terms — you remain personally responsible for compliance.

02 Eligibility

To use wunbd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wunbd does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a wunbd employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from wunbd or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

wunbd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on wunbd. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering on wunbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

Your wunbd account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact wunbd support immediately.

wunbd may require identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Verification typically requires a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals suspended until the process is complete.

04 Deposits and Payments

wunbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the payment methods supported for players in Bangladesh. Deposits are credited to your wunbd account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to another person is not permitted. wunbd may request evidence that the payment account belongs to you as part of the verification process.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• wunbd does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• wunbd reserves the right to decline deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified or that are associated with suspicious activity.

Funds deposited into your wunbd account are held for gaming purposes only. wunbd does not pay interest on account balances. Deposited funds that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy — see the relevant section of these terms for details.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on wunbd are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, wunbd requires completed identity verification. This is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless wunbd has reason to request further checks.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account at the time of request.
• wunbd processes approved withdrawals promptly. Transfer times depend on your payment provider and are outside wunbd's control once the transaction is initiated.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
• wunbd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• If a withdrawal is declined, wunbd will notify you and explain the reason where it is permitted to do so.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

wunbd offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in total before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are listed in the individual bonus terms.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• wunbd reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on wunbd operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including wunbd. The RNG systems used on wunbd have been independently tested and certified by a third-party laboratory.

Each game on wunbd has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real money bets. wunbd is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games on wunbd. RTP represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. wunbd's decision on technical fault outcomes is final.
• If a game displays an incorrect payout due to a software error, wunbd reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the payout to the correct amount.
• Bets placed after a game round has concluded due to a connectivity issue on the player's side will be settled based on the actual game outcome recorded by wunbd's servers.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wunbd. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with wunbd games or systems in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use wunbd for any illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to wunbd support immediately.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wunbd staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

wunbd monitors platform activity continuously. Suspicious patterns are investigated and accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules will be actioned without prior warning where the severity of the breach warrants it.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

wunbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified where wunbd is permitted to provide a reason. In cases involving suspected fraud or criminal activity, wunbd may be legally required to withhold information about the nature of the investigation.

• You may close your wunbd account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may have their balances forfeited, depending on the nature of the breach.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be actioned.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

Your use of the wunbd platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to use wunbd's intellectual property for commercial purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

wunbd provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain high uptime and platform stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. wunbd is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues, or technical faults outside our reasonable control.
